Returning to Houston
Returning to Houston, I realize that the plan is left right in front of us as we take each step. As future programs begin requesting volunteers, I see a bright future ahead with many opportunities to meet life-changing people doing extraordinary work. Each person I meet along the way has a lesson, a story, testimony… And I'm all inspired by the selflessness and compassion that I have seen towards humanity, in the humility of those I 9hve seen who have chosen to live their lives according to service and devotion. I hope to continue writing brilliant things, Acquiring new scales, and inspiring others as I have been inspired. Flying back to Houston, is only the beginning! In the end, I caught a fever due to a mild poison ivy allergy, and the last three days were spent sweating it out, covered in calamine, and making important connections with friends who will last a life time.
